Yes, currently the minimum total amount to be eligible for a finance application is £280, (£250 minimum loan amount). minimum deposit is 10%

What repayment terms are available?

We can typically offer payment terms from 6 months, 10 months, 12 months, 18 months or 24 months

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, There is a minimum deposit amount of 10% required, but you can choose to pay a higher deposit if you want to reduce monthly repayment amount. Please bear in mind the minimum loan amount is £250

How can I apply?

There are a number of ways to complete your 0% finance application. The process takes about 10 minutes and once complete you should have an instant decision.

On line: If you would like to proceed with an application for finance, you can complete the process online by choosing the check out with finance option. This will take you to the V12 Retail Finance secure site to complete your application.

In Store: You can complete the finance application with one of our team in store, please remember to bring bank information, your employment details etc.

Via Email: If you don’t have time to complete your finance application in store, we can create a V12 application, (you will get an email with this in it). Simply follow the link and complete the application. We will need you to confirm, your email address, full name, your chosen deposit and repayment terms so that we can create the application link for you.

How can I make a payment to my account?

Payments to your account can be made by Direct Debit instruction to your bank alternatively, payment can be made by telephoning V12 Finance customer services team on 029 2046 8900 using a debit card, or sending a cheque/postal order made payable to V12 Personal Finance Limited, 20 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ.

How can I make a payment to my account?

What is my monthly payment?

To check your monthly payments, please refer to your pre-contract information or finance agreement alternatively, call V12 Finance customer services team on: 02920 468900.

How can I set up a direct debit?

Direct Debit instructions can be taken over the telephone, please allow 10 working days to set up payment with your bank; alternatively you can request a direct debit mandate to be sent to your home address.

How will I know when my payments start?

Either 4 weeks from the date the goods were shipped to you, or 4 weeks from the date of the finance agreement, whichever is the latest.

Why do I have to pay a payment processing charge and can I avoid it?

The Payment Processing Charge (PPC) is to reflect an increase in the costs of processing both debit card and cheque payments that V12 Finance incur as a business within the banking system. There is no charge for the collection of monthly direct debit installments.

Can I change my payment date?

Yes. Payment date can be changed from 1st up to 26th of each month by telephoning V12 Finance customer services team on 02920 468900 or email;customerservices@v12finance.com

Can I change my direct debit details?

Yes. Any change to bank or account details can be changed by telephoning V12 Finance customer services team on 02920 468900.

Can I make additional payments into my account and will my monthly installments decrease?

Yes you can make additional payments by debit card or cheque. Your monthly installments will remain the same however your finance agreement will be paid off much quicker.

How can I make a complaint?

V12 Finance aim to provide you with the highest standard of service, however, if they fail to meet your expectations they encourage you to speak to them so they can put matters right. Your initial concerns should be sent in writing to V12 Finance address for the attention of Customer Services Manager or alternatively, e-mail details of your complaint to;customerservices@v12finance.com
